The website groupe-lafi.ca (the “site”) is operated by Groupe LAFI, an engineering firm based in Longueuil, Quebec. By browsing the site or using its forms, you accept these terms of use.
1. Nature of the information published
The site presents the services, projects and job offers of Groupe LAFI. Its content is provided for general information purposes. It constitutes neither professional advice nor an engineering recommendation applicable to a particular project, and does not replace a study carried out for your project site.
The prices or price ranges mentioned are indicative. Only a written service proposal from Groupe LAFI sets out the scope, terms and price of a mandate.
2. Forms
The site offers a quote request form and a job application form. By using them, you undertake to provide accurate information and to send only documents that are relevant to your request and that you have the right to use.
Sending a form does not create any contract and does not commit Groupe LAFI to carry out a mandate or to follow up on an application. The information sent is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Communications over the internet can be intercepted or lost. Do not use the forms to send particularly sensitive information: contact us by phone at 514 900-0126.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, illustrations, plans, logos and other elements of the site belong to Groupe LAFI or are used with the permission of their rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or modified, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. Our partners’ logos belong to them and are reproduced with their consent.
4. Links to other sites
The site contains links to third-party sites, including those of our partners. Groupe LAFI has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
5. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content of the site accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or complete, or that the site is accessible at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Groupe LAFI is not liable for any damages that may result from the use of the site or of the information published on it.
